Itinerary
Day 1:
Arrive in Kuching and transfer to Grand Continental Hotel (3-star).
Overnight.
Day 2: City walk in the morning and pm
to Bako N. Park. Overnight.(B)
Day 3: Bako National Park. Overnight
at Park Chalet. (BLD)
Day 4: Return to Kuching and travel
overland to Selako Long house. Overnight at Longhouse. Night activities
with traditional dances and Gong music. Overnight ( LD)
Day 5: Today proceed to Telok Melano.
Overnight at Homestay . (BLD)
Day 6: Trek to Tg. Datu National park.
Return to Telok Melano and overnight. (BLD)
Day 7: A day relax at the
beach.Swimming and snorkeling. Overnight at homestay. (BLD)
Day 8: In the morning, return to
Kuching and fly to Miri. Overnight at Dynasty hotel (3-star). (BL)
Day 9: In the morning, take a flight
to Mulu National Park and visit Deer Cave and Lang's Cave. Overnight at
Benarat Inn. (BLD)
Day 10: In the morning, transfer by
boat to the source of the Clearwater river. Explore Wind and Clearwater
Cave. Swim and have picnic lunch. After lunch, proceed by boat to Long
Lutut and trek through the lowland forest to Camp 5. Overnight at Camp 5.

Day 11: This morning we ascend to Mt
Api to the Pinnacles . Packed lunch at the view point . Descend to Camp 5
for dinner and overnight . (BLD)
Day 12: This morning we trek through
the lowland forest through the Headhunters' trail to Terikan. Catch the
longboat down to the Iban longhouse. Overnight at the longhouse. (BLD)
Day 13: This morning by boat to
Medamit and travel overland to Limbang. Fly from Limbang to Miri and
overnight. (B)
Day 14:
Transfer to airport for Onward travel home. (B)

Airfare into Kuching, airfare out of Miri, any item not mentioned in the above itinerary,
and porterage fees if required
Items to bring: Torch Light,
Rain Coat, Gloves, Sleeping Bag for Overnight, Coverall, Trekking Shoes with Good Grip,
Water Bottle, Insect Repellent, Carbide Lamp, Batteries, First Aids Kits, and STR
equipment will appropriate for adventure caving. Item of personal nature. Film recommended
using ASA 400/1000.
