It's hard not to think about food in the fasting month of Ramadhan. Every
Muslim has his or her own taste in food for breaking of the fast.
But the real question is whether to make dishes at home or buy from the
huge variety available at food stalls.
Among the popular stalls in Brunei-Muara District are those located near
the national stadium in Berakas and stalls in Gadong as well as hotels.
If you fancy something different, why not try the Orchid Garden Hotel,
which is offering Sungkai (breaking of fast) buffet, consisting of mouth-watering Malay,
Chinese and Western delicacies.
A customer, who had just broken her fast, described the food at the buffet
as "excellent" and she enjoyed every delicacy.
"People should try to break their fast at the Orchid Garden Hotel
because it is money well-spent," said another satisfied diner.

wonderful, and not forgetting the desserts too were very good particularly the chocolate
mousse," she said.
