Best Forumist of the Year Contest

Description

Participate in the Borneo Forum and you will win a prize if you are voted as the 'Best Forumist' during the year 2001. The winner will be decided by fellow forum participants themselves, so you can be sure that the winner will not be selected by us. This, we hope will make it more worthwhile to share your opinions or suggestions via the discussion board. We will guarantee one grand prize of RM25 for the winner but in the event of an unexpected response from participants, there will be a likelihood that the prize will be more attractive and/or more prizes to be added.

Essentially, this will be a contest for the forumists, by the forumists, and to be won by a forumist. Forumists will be voting for the 'Best Forumist' - someone in your own judgement who has posted the best topic(s) or posting(s) as defined by popularity, relevancy, etc. or any of your own criteria.

CONTEST PERIOD - The contest will begin now until 31st December 2001 (as per date captured by our discussion board system - a lag of about 12 hours from Borneo Time).

VOTING PERIOD - 'Voting' for the Best Forumist of the month will end on 31st December 2001, where a winner will be known based on majority count.

The winner could be the person who in your opinion during this year's posted:

the best topic(s)
the best posting(s)
the most active participant
the most popular topic/posting
the most relevant/creative posting(s)
or any criteria set by yourself that you feel strongly warrant a consideration.

Important Rules

Only one important rule to remember - You cannot vote for yourself! And make sure your e-mail address is a valid one so that we can e-mail you regarding prize collection information should you be adjudged the winner by your peers. If not, the winner's cheque will be jackpotted to the next forum contest.

Go to the Borneo Forum board and start posting in any category of your choice.
