By Zureena Abdullah

The Coffee Mill Restaurant, Holiday Lodge, Jerudong is offering the 'Ambuyat', a local delicacy, set lunch, from 11am to 6pm. According to Miss Effa, the hotel representative, the promotion will be held throughout the year in conjunction with Visit Brunei Year 2001.

The purpose of the promotion is to introduce local food to tourists.

'Ambuyat' is made from sago flour and comes with a set of fried local vegetables, grilled fish, meat and dips. The dips include 'belacan', 'cencaluk' or 'tempoyak'.

The 'Ambuyat' is prepared by Joseph Morni, the Coffee Mill Demi Chef. Every Sunday, Holiday Lodge will also be having the Sunday Trunch at the poolside. There will be lots of games, swimming and a buffet for the whole family.
